The JAKIN N.G.O End of the year party is organized annually to round up the year in a grand style for all beneficiaries most especially children and women. Volunteers, partners and staff also enjoy the day. It is used to bring everyone under one umbrella to appreciate the relationship we established during the year.

The beneficiaries are members of Jakin Children’s Club (JCC), Jakin Widows Group (JWG), Jakin Samaritan platform support group (SPSG) and less privileged caregivers from Jakin Samaritan Platform Project (SPP). The members of these groups are part of our success story every year.

The focus is mostly to put a smile on the faces of vulnerable people during the season. They are celebrated in a special way and encouraged to see a brighter new year ahead. It is also an opportunity to see the once hopeless ones now come out boldly, brighter, cheerful, hopeful and ready to enter the New Year with loads of reasons to appreciate life.

The children enjoy bouncing castles, face painting, loads of games, gifts, visit to Santa Claus grotto, refreshment, mascots, performances from their peers, caregivers, and guest artists. It’s always fun all the way! Over 5,000 vulnerable people have benefitted so far.
